The FULL WARRANTY extends to the original purchaser, the purchaser's heirs or assignees, and the cemetery where the MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL is erected. This warranty is valid in the perpetuity and becomes effective on the date when the terms and conditions have been met between MIKE'S LASER ETCHING and the retailer /customer. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, in addition to, any rights you may have, which vary from state to state. We hereby certify MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL is made of the finest quality granite selected by MIKE'S LASER ETCHING suppliers for it's natural color and appearance; and that the granite is free from defects that would render it unsuitable for memorial purposes. Your MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL was inspected by a qualified inspector and approved under exacting quality standards. MIKE'S LASER ETCHING will replace, without charge, any granite part of your MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL should that part crack, discolor or prove defective in any way attributable to the granite or workmanship and is verified by a representative of MIKE'S LASER ETCHING. Such replacement and all related costs will be borne by MIKE'S LASER ETCHING and/or retailer. This warranty, in no way, authorizes the party seeking warranty coverage to incur any expense toward replacement or related costs without prior written consent from MIKE'S LASER ETCHING. In the event of a defect in the MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL, a claim must be made to the Owner, MIKE'S LASER ETCHING P.O. Box 184 St. Georges, DE 19733. We further warrant that any replacement will be of a color and grade of granite as nearly as identical as possible to the original MIKE'S LASER ETCHING MEMORIAL. Since granite is natural stone it is not guaranteed that all color and markings, nor that every characteristic of the pieces, will be uniformly present in every piece of granite sold by the company at the time when this warranty may be honored; which is comparable on all other aspects of quality and workmanship as the original. MIKE'S LASER ETCHING will not be responsible for damage or staining resulting from neglect or gross negligence, vandalism, acts of war, unusual environment or atmospheric conditions, or natural disasters.
